What this site collects
setmeld.com is a static website. It runs no advertising trackers and does not build a profile of visitors. The only third-party request the site makes on a plain page view is to Google Fonts to load the typeface used across the pages; Google receives your IP address as part of serving that request.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, so that we can write better ones. We ask before it stores anything. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs with storage denied: no cookies are set and no identifier is kept in your browser, so the visit is counted but cannot be tied back to you or to a later one. If you accept, it sets its own cookies to recognize a returning browser, and Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.
We do not enable Google’s advertising features, we do not share this data for advertising, and we never combine it with anything you send us by email. Your choice is stored in your browser and nowhere else. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and the question will be asked again.
Booking a call
The demo page can show our live availability using Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling. That embed is not loaded when the page opens. It is requested only if you click to open it, and at that point Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser under Google’s own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, book by email instead and we will send times.
When you contact us
This site has no contact form and collects nothing itself. If you email us, or book a call through the scheduler, we receive what you chose to send and use it only to respond and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the resulting relationship. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and delete it on request.
Customer data in a SetMeld deployment
This notice covers the website only. In a self-hosted deployment, every SetMeld component runs inside your own network and no customer data is transmitted to SetMeld. In a SetMeld Cloud deployment, processing is governed by the agreement between us, and the unified knowledge graph remains resident in your network. Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection in respect of personal data we hold about you. Write to info@setmeld.com and we will respond.
